This is a hard folding tonneau cover that features a flush-mounted design and looks right on the pickup trucks without creating unnecessary profile alterations. To ensure excellent protection of the truck bed, this model features Endura Shield construction. It is made of lightweight yet durable automotive-grade polymer material that offers outstanding impact, abrasion, and UV resistance. Its thickness is ½ inch. Each panel is built into a lightweight and corrosion-resistant aluminum frame. As a result, it is capable of securely supporting up to 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight on top.
Features and Specifications
EnduraShield panels. Bed cover panels are 1-inch thick. They are covered with a solution that resists scratches, UV impact, and dents for years to come. Besides, the panels can support up to 600 lbs of evenly distributed weight.
Flush mount design. Low-profile hard folding of the Endure ALX is engineered to look right on the truck bed without changing the vehicle profile.
Weather resistance. This Extang truck bed cover features polymer rubber corners, snap-on perimeter seals, and hinge caps. This construction ensures protection against drops and elements.
Rotary latch. Just twist the latch to lift the tonneau cover. It is as easy as ABC. This type of latch is unique, and you will not see a similar setup in any other tonneau cover. You do not have to use the tailgate clamp to get access to the contents of the truck bed.
Jaw-grip clamps. They secure the front part of the bed cover. When you need to get full access to the truck bed you can just remove the cover by unscrewing them without any extra tools.
